Rev. Heather will be setting up her mobile office at different locations each Monday from 2:30 - 4:30. Each week's location will be posted on Sunday's bulletin, in our weekly newsletter, and on our Facebook page. Drop by anytime during the 2 hours for a cup of coffee and some conversation!

Since 1983, Aerobics by Roxanne has helped thousands get in shape and discover a level of fitness that begins from the inside and works itself out. The workout is done to music in an hour format of warm-up, aerobics on or off the step, conditioning, toning, strength work with weights and a final cool-down stretch. More . . .
